<br />~1r <br />Waiving the Partnership Requirement <br /> <br />Occasionally, partnering with a stakeholder may b€ impracticable or partnering over- <br />tures may b€ rebuffed. In some instances, a formal organization representing the key <br />stakeholder may not exist. If the policing agency finds itself unable to meet the part- <br />nersl:ùp requirement of this solicitation, it may request a waiver of the partnering <br />requirement by providing the following infonnation: <br /> <br />. A listing of potential stakeholders, given the selected problem; ~-~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. Details of attempts to contact or orgaIÚZe potential stakeholders, as-welt as an ! <br />explanation of why a partnersl:ùp has not resulted from these efforts;..and <br /> <br />.
