267. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 122 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AGRICULTURAL <br />LEASE OF PROPERTY AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT WITH CURBY OHNHEISER; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE LEASE; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. The current agricultural lease at the Municipal Airport will expire on August 31, <br />2003. <br /> <br /> 2. The City has solicited bids for the agricultural lease of airport property under the <br />terms and conditions of the attached lease agreement, and Mr. Curby D. Ohnheiser was <br />the highest bidder with a bid of $10,800.00 per year. <br /> <br />3. The City Council wishes to award the agricultural lease to Mr. Ohnheiser. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The terms and conditions of the attached Lease between the City of <br />Sand Marcos and Curby D. Ohnheiser is approved. <br /> <br /> PART 2.
