U ~ "'J <br />'- ~..::> :::-,,:) - <br />J¡.: ê ?-~ <br /> :ë Q~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE <br /> 1995-96 FISCAL YEAR TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE GARY JOB <br /> CORPS WASTEWATER EXTENSION PROJECT AND DECLARING AN <br /> EMERGENCY. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. In accordance with Section 8.16 of the City Charter of the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas, the City Council declares that a public necessity exists which requires amendment <br /> of the City's 1995-96 budget. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Budget Ordinance for the 1995-96 Fiscal Year is amended <br /> as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, in order to provide funding for the Gary Job Corps <br /> Wastewater Extension Project. <br /> SECTION 2. These revisions and reappropriations which shåll be the amended <br /> budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the fiscal year 1995-96, are approved and <br /> adopted. <br /> SECTION 3.
