<br /> for (.J <br /> -8- - <br /> the Construction Contract, and any and all change orders pertaining to the <br /> construction of a Gravity flow wastewater line from the Gary Job Corps <br /> Center's existing wastewater treatment plant to the City's preferred Lift <br /> Station site as illustrated on Exhibit "A", less the estimated cost of the <br /> Proposed Force Main illustrated in Exhibit "8," as determined by the <br /> successful bidder's final bid. <br /> 0 OH <br /> 5.04 Once bids for the Project have been accepted and the Construction Contract <br /> has been executed, the Project Manager, on a monthly basis, shall prepare and deliver an <br /> invoice, based upon recommendations from the Engineer and in accordance with the <br /> percentage of completion of construction, including expenses incurred, to the City and the <br /> DOL for their prorata share of such costs as outlined in this Article 5. It is the <br /> understanding of the parties that each shall be entitled to have their own inspector/quality <br /> control person visit the worksite in advance and review the recommendations of the <br /> Engineer, provided, however, if any of the inspectors/quality control persons disagree with <br /> the recommendations of the Engineer and the Engineer elects not to change its <br /> recommendations, the recommendations of the Engineer shall control and the parties shall <br /> have the obligation to pay their prorata share of all costs and expenses based upon the <br /> recommendation of the Engineer. <br /> 5.05 The DOL shall be responsible for approving the Project Manager's deduction <br /> from the escrow account established in Paragraph 4.06, of the DOL's share of the monthly <br /> costs and expenses as set forth in the invoices, no later than fifteen (15) days following <br /> receipt of each invoice. The payment of the full amount of the invoices, without offset or <br /> deduction, shall be required by each party. <br /> 5.06 Within thirty (30) days after final completion of the work under the Project <br />
