EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF <br /> ¡ <br /> OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1..0 The purchase of software licenses for Microsoft NT (operating <br /> system) and Microsoft Office (office automation) and related products through the State <br /> Department of Information Resources for the Police Department for $23,065.99 is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2.
