<br />'. , <br /> <br />. 153 <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS - <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 <br />ANALYTICAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos, ("City"), and National Environmental Testing ("Assignor") <br />- >. and EPIC Laboratories, Inc. ("Contractor") agree to amend the Analytical Services Contract <br />¡ (IFB#96-034-04) dated August 1, 1996 (the "Contract") as follows: <br />¡ <br />1. The parties agree to an assignment of Assignor's interest, rights and <br />obligations under the Contract to Contractor. <br /> <br />2. Th~ . City releases Assignor from further obligations under the <br />Contract. <br /> <br />3.
