<br /> 156 <br />I RESOLUTION 199&- 161 R <br />I <br />I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LETTER <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND TECHLlNE, INC. TO EXTEND <br /> THE TERM OF AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF <br /> OVERHEAD SERVICE CABLE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY' AND <br /> - DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ¡ <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On November 15, 1995 the City of San Marcos entered into an annual <br /> agreement with Techline, Inc. for the provision of overhead service cable. <br /> 2. Both parties agree to an extension of the original agreement. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached letter agreement between the City of San Marcos and <br /> Techline, Inc. to extend the term of an annual contract for the provision of overhead service <br /> ~ <br /> cable for an additional year is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
