<br />PROPERTY BETWEEN ARWIN A. DOUGAL AND MARGARET M. DOUGAL
<br />AND THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS

<br />. The City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation organized and existing
<br />. under the laws of the State of Texas ("Lessor") and Arwin A. Dougal and Margaret M.
<br />. Dougal ("Lessees") agree to amend their Lease Agreement entered into on September 3,
<br />' 1996.
<br />
<br />Lessor and Lesse~,s agree to an amendment of Paragraph 2.2, to (ead as fallows:,
<br />
<br />2.2 Lessees shall pay to Lessor a fixed rental in the ~um of ten cents
<br />($0.10) per square foot per year for the Leased Premises. The
<br />annual payment for the fixed rental shall be paid in equal monthly
<br />installments in the amount of $56.25 and shall be due and payable on
<br />the last day of the month for the succeeding month. The parties
<br />agree that the first installment for the fixed rental shall be abated, but.
<br />all other fees due under this Lease shall be paid as required.
<br />
<br />In all other respects, except as modified, the terms and provisions of the Lease shall
<br />remain in full force and effect. This amendment shall have the same force and effect as
<br />if incorporated in the original lease, and shall take precedence.
<br />
<br />Executed in triplicate original this the ~ q-fl,.day of October, 1996.
