The PERFORMING AGENCY further <br /> agrees to conduct an annual physical inventory of all equipment purchased by the RECEMNG <br /> ; <br /> -- AGENCY, and submit it at a time to be specified by the RECEIVING AGENCY. The <br /> RECEIVING AGENCY reserves the right to recover the cost of equipment or supplies purchased <br /> by the RECEIVING AGENCY and placed in the custody of the PERFORMING AGENCY if such <br /> articles are lost, stolen, or otherwise unlocated. <br /> SECTION ill. 'BUDGET: <br /> All categories of cost billed to the RECEIVING AGENCY and allocation of such costs must be <br /> in accordance with the "Plan to Allocate Direct Costs" (FADC), submitted by the PERFORMING <br /> AGENCY and approved by the RECEIVING AGENCY.
