<br /> 7711 <br /> Tentative Schedule for Zoning Change <br /> Involving LCRA Property - <br /> Monday, November 4 is the normal application deadline for the November 26 meeting <br /> of the San Marcos Planning and Zoning Commission. An application will be accepted <br /> as late as noon on Thursday, November 7 for the November 12 meeting. <br /> Public notification to all property owners within 200' of the proposed zoning change will <br /> be mailed on Friday, November 8. <br />-" <br />, <br /> The San Marcos Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the case on the <br /> evening of November 26. The Commission's recommendation will be made that <br /> evening and will be forwarded to the City Council. <br /> An agenda cover sheet along with draft minutes of the meeting and field notes <br /> describing the property will be forwarded to the City Managers office by Friday, <br /> November 29. <br /> The City Manager routes the request to the City Attorney's office who will request that <br /> the City Secretary publish required legal notifications in the local newspaper. <br /> The City Council will consider the rezoning case on January 13. A reconsideration of <br /> the request will occur on January 27. .. <br /> The property owner will need to file a zoning change application and will also need to <br /> provide field notes describing the property (can be from record information, i.e. deed <br /> survey). <br />
