In accordance with Section 8.16 of the City Charter of the City of San Marcos, ¡ <br />Texas, the City Council declares that a public necessity exists which requires amendment '! <br />of the City's 1995-96 budget. I <br />! <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, ; <br />TEXAS: ! <br />r <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Budget Ordinance for the 1995-96 Fiscal Year is amended <br />as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, in order to provide for end-of-year reconciliation of ¡ <br />revenues and expenditures. ¡ <br />1 <br />SECTION 2. These revisions and reappropriations which shall be the amended <br />budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the fiscal year 1995-96, are approved and <br />adopted. : <br />! <br /> <br />SECTION 3. The importance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and an <br />imperative public necessity, and the provisions of the Charter requiring that ordinances be I <br />presented at three separate meetings, and that ordinances do not take effect until 10 days I <br />after the date of final passage are suspended, and this Ordinance will take effect upon <br />publication of notice of its adoption in a newspaper of general circulation in the City. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November, 1996. t <br /> <br />¡ <br /> <br /> <br />D~~, ~ <br />Billy G.
