(',,\ en..... - I !-- .:¡. YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU AND DECLARING AN .W~ C-) ï:::ç c:> QD EFFECTIVE DATE. - RECITALS: 1. In accordance with Section 8.16 of the City Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas, the City Council declares that a public necessity exists which requires amendment of the City's 1996-97 budget. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The City Budget Ordinance for the 1996-97 Fiscal Year is amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, in order to provide funds for the purchase of a van for the Youth Service Bureau. .. SECTION 2. These revisions and reappropriations which shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the fiscal year 1996-97, are approved and adopted. SECTION 3. This Ordinance will take effect 10 days after the date of its final passage, and the City Secretary will publish notice of its adoption in a newspaper of general circulation in the City.
