In accordance with Section 8.16 of the City Charter of the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas, the City Council declares that a public necessity exists which requires amendment <br /> of the City's 1996-97 budget. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Budget Ordinance for the 1996-97 Fiscal Year is amended <br /> as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, in order to provide funds for the purchase of a van <br /> for the Youth Service Bureau. <br /> .. <br /> SECTION 2. These revisions and reappropriations which shall be the amended <br /> budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the fiscal year 1996-97, are approved and <br /> adopted. <br /> SECTION 3.
