The recipient agrees to submit its corrective action plan <br /> 0.-- with the audit report to the DOJ Regional Inspector General <br /> for Audit, when there are findings/recommendations disclosed <br /> in the audit report. The corrective action plan should <br /> include: (1) specific steps taken to comply with the <br /> recommendations; (2) timetable for performance and/or <br /> implementation date for each recommendation; and (3) <br /> description of monitoring to be conducted to ensure <br /> implementation. <br /> 4. The recipient shall submi tone copy of all reports and <br /> proposed publications resulting from this agreement twenty <br /> (20) days prior to public release. Any publications <br /> (written, visual, or sound), whether published at the <br /> recipient's or government's expense, shall contain the <br /> following statement: (NOTE: This excludes pr¡=ss releases, <br /> newsletters, and issue analyses.) <br /> "This project was supported .by Grant No. 96-LB-VX-0621 <br /> awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of <br /> Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. The recipient agrees to provide information required for the <br /> - evaluation or assessment of any activities within this <br /> project. <br /> 6. The recipient agrees to provide $4,029 over the grant period <br /> in a cash match. The recipient is reminded that the match <br /> funds are auditable under Special Condition #2 and will be <br /> binding to the recipient. <br /> 7. The recipient agrees to submi t, at a minimum, semi-¡;¡.nnual <br /> reports on its programmatic activities. The first <br /> programmatic report will be due on January 30, 1997, <br /> covering the period of October - December, 1996. The next <br /> report will be due on July 31, 1997 and cover the period of <br /> January - June, 1997. The next report should cover the next <br /> six month period and is due thirty (30) days after the end <br /> of the six month period for the life of the grant.
