<br /> . }5"K <br /> ' <br /> CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> I, the undersigned, hereby certify in connection with the issuance by the Tarrant <br /> County Health Facilities Development Corporation (the "Issuer") of its Variable Rate <br /> Demand Revenue Bonds (Adventist Health System/Sunbelt) in the maximum aggregate <br /> principal amount of $250,000,000 (the "Bonds") as follows: <br /> 1. I have been duly authorized to conduct a public hearing on the <br /> ,- issuance of the Bonds to finance, or to reimburse each of the corporations shown <br /> as owner below for its prior payment of, the costs of acquiring, constructing, <br /> renovating and equipping certain health care facilities (the "Project") at the <br /> following locations: <br /> 1. Facilities owned by Adventist Health System/Sunbelt, <br /> Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation: <br /> A. Huguley Memorial Medical Center, a 213-bed <br /> acute care hospital located at 11801 South Freeway, <br /> Fort Worth, Texas; and <br /> B. Willow Creek Hospital, a 92-bed acute care <br /> hospital located at 7000 Highway 287 South, <br /> Arlington, Texas. . <br /> II. Facilities owned by Metroplex Adventist Hospital, <br /> Inc., a Texas not-for-profit corporation: <br /> A. Metroplex Hospital, a 177-bed acute care <br /> hospital located at 2201 South Clear Creek Road, <br /> Killeen, Texas; and <br /> B. Rollins-Brook Community Hospital, a 36-bed <br /> acute care hospital located at 608 North Key Avenue, <br /> - Lampasas, Texas. <br /> III. Facility owned by Central Texas Medical Center, Inc., <br /> a Texas not-for-profit corporation: Central Texas Medical <br /> Center, a 109-bed acute care hospital facility located at 1301 <br /> Wonder World Drive, San Marcos, Texas. <br /> 2. Such hearing was conducted by me in accordance with public notice <br /> commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 1996, in the Commissioners <br /> Courtroom, Courthouse Annex, 102 North LBJ, First Floor, San Marcos, Texas, which <br /> building and room was open to the public for purposes of the hearing. <br /> 3.
