<br /> 2fl. <br /> <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT NO.2 <br /> .~ INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND <br /> I I GUADALUPE-BLANCO RIVER AUTHORITY <br /> I <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos ("San Marcos") and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority <br /> ("GBRA") agree to amend the Interlocal Agreement for their joint participant in the <br /> development of a regional surface water project dated April 23, 1996 to extend the term <br /> of the Agreement until March 31 1997 as authorized under Paragraph 9 of the Agreement. <br /> 2.
