<br />BEGINNING at an existing !:I" iron stake at the intersection of
<br />the Northeast right-of-way line of Warden Lane and the South
<br />right-of-way line of Aquarena Springs Drive-Loop 82, for' the
<br />Northwest corner hereof, the Northwest corner 0:5 "Tract Two"
<br />conveyed to Robbie Mae Zunker by deed recorded in Volume 472,
<br />Page 255, Hays County Deed Records;

<br />THENCE with the South right-of-way line of Aquarena Springs
<br />Drive, N 86° 29' 45" E at 162.17 feet passing an existing !:I"
<br />iron pipe in the Northeast line of a now closed 18 ft. wide
<br />alley, the Sou thwes t line of Lot 4 of said Meiners Addition,
<br />continuing for a total distance of 302.34 feet to an existing

<br />170, Page 625, Hays County Deed Records, the Eas t corner of
<br />a 0.47 acre tract conveyed to Ken R. Smith by deed recorded
