No. 35 with the common line of the 394 <br /> Associates tract and Jackson Lane, N 43" 43' 2311 W 227.98 feet to <br /> a IIYII etched in the top of the street curb for an angle point in <br /> the southwest line of the 394 Associates tract and the south corner <br /> of a 10 foot easement described in a deed from Leonard Leighton t9 <br /> the City of San Marcos dated September 8, 1981 and recorded in <br /> Volume 364, Page 603 of the Hays County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE with the common line of the 394 Associates tract, Jackson <br /> Lane and the 10 foot easement the following two courses: <br /> 1. N 46° 04' 1311 W 375.39 feet to a IIYII etched in the gutter of <br /> the street curb for an angle point, and <br /> 2. N 44° 09' 1511 W 75.00 feet to a 1/211 iron rod set behind the <br /> street curb for the west corner of the 394 Associates tract, <br /> the 10 foot easement, and this tract and being the south <br /> corner of that tract described as Park North Condominiums and <br /> recorded in Volume 1, Page 129 of the Hays County Condominium <br /> Records; <br /> THENCE leaving Jackson Lane, with the northwest line of the 394 <br /> Associates tract for the southeast line of Park North Condominiums, <br /> N 45° 46' 4411 E 15.00 feet to a point for the north corner of the <br /> this tract; <br /> THENCE entering the 394 Associates tract with a line 15 feet from <br /> and parallel to the common line of the 394 Associates tract and <br /> Jackson Lane the following three courses: <br /> 1.
