<br /> ~ t.ff\ <br /> O. Contractor agrees not to occupy or utilize the property for the general conduct of government <br /> as long as Contractor retains an ownership interest. <br /> R. Contractor shall provide documentation of Century Telephone's injection ofTen Thousand Three <br /> Hundred Seventy-eight and No/100 Dollars ($1 0,378) in telephone equipment. <br /> S. Contractor shall provide documentation of the contribution of one thousand two hundred eight <br /> {1 ,208} hours of manufacturing assistance to incubator tenants valued at a minimum of One Hundred <br /> Thirty-five Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($135,800) based on an average hourly rate <br /> of One Hundred Twelve and 50/100 Dollars ($112.50). Such assistance may include counselling in <br /> the areas of record keeping, marketing, finance, etc. <br /> T. Contractor shall provide documentation of Contractor's injection of Ninety-two Thousand Two <br /> Hundred Ten and No/100 Dollars ($92,210) from its program income to be used for working capital <br /> and to purchase machinery and equipment. <br /> U. Contractor shall provide documentation of Hays County's injection of Thirty Thousand and <br /> No/100 Dollars ($30,000) in cash and Eight Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($8,000) in technical <br /> assistance to the incubator. Such assistance may include counselling incubator tenants in the areas <br /> of marketing, finance, etc. and assistance to the Sponsor in grant proposal writing, record keeping etc. <br /> V. Contractor shall provide documentation of the Greater San Marcos Economic Development <br /> Council's injection of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15,000) in cash and Seven Thousand <br /> Two Hundred Fifty-three and No/1 00 Dollars ($ 7 ,253) of staff time to provide assistance to the <br /> incubator. Such assistance may be provided in the form of counselling incubator tenants on marketing, <br /> finance, etc., and assistance to the Sponsor in recordkeeping, accounting, marketing, etc. <br /> ~ <br /> W. Contractor shall provide documentation of Southwest Texas University's contribution of Fifty- <br /> one Thousand Four Hundred and No/1 00 Dollars ($51 ,400) as follows: Fifteen Thousand and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($15,000) for use of facilities and equipment; Thirty Thousand and No/1 00 Dollars ($30,000) <br /> for faculty consulting time to incubator tenants and Sixty-four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($6,400) <br /> to provide for a student intern. <br /> X. Contractor shall provide documentation of Gary Job Corps' contribution of Fourteen Thousand <br /> Five Hundred Eighty and No/100 Dollars ($14,580) to provide administrative personnel to the <br /> incubator. <br /> Y. Contractor shall provide documentation of the Small Business Development Center's <br /> contribution of Twenty-three Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($23,400) to provide <br /> counselling to incubator tenants. Such assistance may include counselling in the areas of business <br /> planning, marketing, finance, etc. <br /> Z. Contractor shall provide documentation of the contribution of a minimum of one hundred sixty- <br /> seven (1 67) hours of legal and accounting assistance to incubator tenants valued at a minimum of <br /> Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-five and No/100 Dollars ($18,395) based on an average <br /> hourly rate of One Hundred Ten and No/100 Dollars ($110). <br /> AA. Contractor shall certify to Department that it agrees to and understands that all rehabilitation <br /> work will comply with all applicable codes and standards approved by the Southern Building Code <br /> Congress International, Inc. <br /> Page 1 4 of 1 6 <br />
