Part 570, as amen- <br /> ded; the OMB Circular in Section 6 of this contract; Treasury Circular 1075 (31 C.F.R. Part 205); and <br /> with all other federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the activities and performances <br /> rendered by Contractor under this contract including but not limited to the laws, and the regulations pro- <br /> mulgated thereunder specified in Section I through VI of this Exhibit D. <br /> I CIVIL RIGHTS <br /> <br /> tIe VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (42 U.S.C.
