A plat showing the precise location of the property, all roadways within 200 feet of the site, and all existing zoning and land uses on the site. 2. A complete legal description of the property. 3. A time schedule for undertaking and completing the planned improvements. 4. A summary description of the new facility or expansion (attach a drawing if possible). 5. For each year for which tax abatement is requested, please supply (] chart showing the square footage, the value, and the percent material of the improvement, the value of added machinery & equipment, the year-end value of inventory, the percent of goods in transit,the number of jobs created, the new jobs payroll, and any other incremental asset relating to an incentive. 6.
