Hamilton, et ux, dated June 12,1974 and re- <br />corded in Volume 268, Page 30S of the Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving River Road and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown <br />on that plat numbered 41405-83-a prepared for Edmund M. Long- <br />cope by Dabney-Byrn and, Associates of San Marcos, Texas, and- <br />with the common line of the Longcope tract and the above- <br />referenced Hamilton tract S44"09t08~E 813.79 feet to an iron <br />rod found in the center of the Blanco River and in the north- <br />west line of that tract described as 128.67 acres in a deed <br />from Babe Fenner, et ux, to Ernest E. Cummings dated Febru- <br />ary 24, 1969 and recorded in Volume 228, Page 527 of th~ Hay. <br />County Deed Records, pass at approximately 2 feet an LCRA <br />overhead electric transmission line, pass at approximately <br />364 feet a point for the west corner of that tract described <br />as 0.86 acres in a deed from William T.
