LONGCOPE DATED JULY 15, 1981 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 361, PAGE 166 OF THE ¡ HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DES- CRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at an iron rod set with aluminum cap in the south- east line of Riv~r Road for the north corner of the above- referenced Longcope tract and the west corner of that tract described as 1.61 acres in a deed from John A. Lundy, et ux, to William T. Hamilton, et ux, dated June 12,1974 and re- corded in Volume 268, Page 30S of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE leaving River Road and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 41405-83-a prepared for Edmund M. Long- cope by Dabney-Byrn and, Associates of San Marcos, Texas, and- with the common line of the Longcope tract and the above- referenced Hamilton tract S44"09t08~E 813.79 feet to an iron rod found in the center of the Blanco River and in the north- west line of that tract described as 128.67 acres in a deed from Babe Fenner, et ux, to Ernest E. Cummings dated Febru- ary 24, 1969 and recorded in Volume 228, Page 527 of th~ Hay. County Deed Records, pass at approximately 2 feet an LCRA overhead electric transmission line, pass at approximately 364 feet a point for the west corner of that tract described as 0.86 acres in a deed from William T. Hamilton, et ux, to Lloyd Garcia, et ux, dated June 15,1977 and recorded in Volume 297, Page 348 of the Hays County Deed Records, and pass at 768.79 feet an iron rod set with aluminum cap for reference: THENCE leaving the abovereferenced Garcia tract, with the common line of the Longcope tract and the abovereferenced Cummings tract, and with the center of the Blanco River, the following four courses: 1. S49"2S'06~W 63.90 feet to a point, 2. S31"SO'OO.W 262.70 feet to A point, 3. S3S"33'OO.W 267.80 feet to a point, and 4. SS2"11'OO.W 413.95 feet to a point in the northeast line of State Highway Number 80: THENCE leaving the Cummings tract and with the northeast line of State Highway Number 80, the following two courses: 1.
