Womack, City Secretary of the City of San Marcos,' Texas, DO <br /> HEREBY CERTIFY as follows: <br /> 1. That on the 27th day of March, 1995, the City Council of the City of <br /> San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at its regular meeting place in the City <br /> Hall of said City; the duly constituted members of the City Council being as follows: <br /> Kathy M. Morris Mayor <br /> Ropçùd K. Hart Council Member <br /> Fred Guerra Council Member <br /> Robert T. Mooney Council Member <br /> Joe B. Cox, Jr. Council Member <br /> Billy G. Moore Council Member <br /> Rick Hernandez Council Member <br /> and all of said persons were present at said meeting, except the following: <br /> Among other business considered at said meeting, the attached <br /> resolution entitled: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE RESOLUTION ADOPTED <br /> BY CITY OF SAN MARCOS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> CORPORATION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF "CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> ADJUSTABLE RATE DEMAND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1995 (BUTLER MANUFACTURING <br /> COMPANY PROJECT)" <br /> was introduced and submitted to the City Council for passage and adoption. After <br /> presentation and due consideration of the resolution, a motion was duly made that the <br /> resolution be finally passed and adopted. The motion was seconded and carried by the <br /> following vote: <br /> ~ voted "For" -1ì voted "Against" 0 ' <br /> abstained <br /> all as shown in the official Minutes of the City Council for the meeting held on the <br /> aforesaid date. <br /> 2.
