<br /> r ¡q/) <br /> CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> I, the undersigned, hereby certify in connection with the issuance by the City of <br /> San Marcos Industrial Development Corporation (the "Issuer") of its Industrial <br /> Development Revenue Bonds, Series 1995 (Butler Manufacturing Company Project) in <br /> the maximum aggregate principal amount of $7,500,000 (the "Bonds") for the benefit <br /> of Butler Manufacturing Company, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), as follows: <br /> 1. I have been duly authorized to conduct a public hearing on the <br /> issuance of the Bonds to finance the costs of acquiring, improving, constructing, <br /> and equipping of a manufacturing facility for the manufacturing of prefabricated <br /> buildings and other similar products. <br /> 2. Such hearing was conducted by me in accordance with public notice <br /> commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 1995, in the Public Works <br /> Training Room, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, which building and office <br /> was open>to the public for purposes of the hearing. <br /> 3. At the time for the commencement of the hearing, I explained the <br /> nature of the hearing, the purpose of the financing, and publicly requested <br /> comments, either orally or in writing, on the facilities to be financed with <br /> proceeds of the Bonds and on the issuance of such Bonds. <br /> 4.
