<br /> '37f1 <br /> termination or expiration of this Lease. <br /> ARTICLE 8. <br /> Insurance and Indemnity. <br /> 8.01 Lessee shall purchase and keep in effect insurance as required <br /> by the Minimum Standards, and shall furnish Lessor a certificate <br /> of insurance evidencing fire and extended coverage insurance <br /> issued by an insurance company duly authorized to do business in <br /> the State of Texas on any hangar located upon the Leased <br /> Premises during the term of this Lease. This insurance must <br /> protect Lessee from claims which may arise out of any operations <br /> at the Airport, whether the operations be by Lessee or by any <br /> subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by <br /> Lessee or by anyone for whose acts Lessee or any subcontractor <br /> may be liable. . <br /> Coverage must protect Lessee from claims under statutory <br /> Worker's Compensation laws, disability. laws or other employee <br /> benefit laws and must fulfill the requirements of State law. <br /> Coverage must protect Lessee from damage claims resulting <br /> from bodily injury, personal injury, or death with minimum <br /> limits of liability of $1,000,000.00 aggregate. <br /> Coverage must protect Lessee from damage claims resulting <br /> from injury to or destruction of tangible property of others, <br /> including loss of use. The minimum limits of liability shall be <br /> $500,000.00 per occurrence and $I,OOO,OOO.OO aggregate. <br /> Coverage must protect Lessee from damage claims arising out <br /> of the maintenance, operation, or use of any aircraft. Minimum <br /> limits of liability for bodily injury and property damage <br /> combined are $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence. <br /> 8.02 All insurance must be written with Lessor as an additional <br /> insured and must be primary over any other insurance coverage <br /> Lessor may have. The stated limits of insurance required by <br /> ¡ <br /> , this section are MINIMUM ONLY and it is Lessee's responsibility <br /> -- <br /> to determine what limits are adequate. These minimum limits may <br /> be basic policy limits or any combination of basic limits and <br /> umbrella limits. In any event, Lessee is fully responsible for <br /> -9- <br />
