<br />Tlf <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />terminate and the parties shall have no further obligations <br /> <br /> <br />under this Lease. <br /> <br />15.02 Nothing contained in this Lease shall be construed as granting <br /> <br /> <br />or authorizing the granting of an exclusive right for exercising <br /> <br /> <br />an aeronautical activity which is illegally discriminatory. <br /> <br />Lessee, for itself, its personal representatives, successors in <br /> <br /> <br />¡ interest, and assigns, as part of the consideration for this <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement, agree as a covenant running with the land that: (1) <br /> <br />no person on the grounds of race, color, or national origin <br /> <br /> <br />religion, sex, age or disability shall be excluded from <br /> <br /> <br />participation in, denied the benefits of, be otherwise subjected <br /> <br />to discrimination or be denied access to any program or activity <br /> <br /> <br />in the use of the Leased Premises, (2) that in the construction <br /> <br /> <br />of any improvements on, over, or under the Leqsed Premises and <br /> <br /> <br />the furnishing of services thereon, no person on the grounds of <br /> <br /> <br />race, color, or national origin shall be excluded from <br /> <br /> <br />participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be <br /> <br /> <br />subjected to discrimination, and (3) that Lessee shall use the <br /> <br /> <br />Leased Premises in compliance with all other requirements <br />! <br /> <br />l imposed by or pursuant to 49 CFR Part 21, Nondiscrimination in <br /> <br /> <br />Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation <br /> <br />- Effectuation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and <br /> <br /> <br />as said regulations may be amended. Lessee shall comply with <br /> <br />all federal regulations. Furthermore, no sectarian or religious <br /> <br /> <br />activities shall be conducted or permitted on the Leased <br /> <br /> <br />Premises, nor shall any grant funds be used in support of any <br /> <br /> <br />sectarian or religious purpose. <br /> <br /> <br />15.03 Lessee will undertake an affirmative action program as required <br /> <br /> <br />by 14 CFR Part 152, Subpart E, Nondiscrimination in Airport Aid <br /> <br /> <br />Program, to ensure that no person shall on the grounds of race, <br /> <br /> <br />creed, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from <br /> <br />participating in any employment acti vi ties covered in 14 CFR <br /> <br />'-. <br /> <br />Part 152, Subpart E. No person will be excluded on these <br />grounds from participating in or receiving the services or <br />benefits of any program or activity covered by this subpart. <br />-17- <br />
