<br /> ItPlF <br /> ,. <br /> .1. <br /> ~ <br /> , . <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY-OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br /> TERNS AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED PIPE <br /> LINE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY <br /> AND TIlE'MISSOURI-KANSAS-TEXAS RAILROAD <br /> COt<1PANY FOR THE INSTALLATICN AND MAIN- <br /> TENANCE OF AN EIGHT INCH (8") TEMPORARY <br /> DRAINAGE PIPE LINE IN SAID CITY AND UPON <br /> RAILROAD COHPANY RIGHT-OF-~vAY AT t-lILE <br /> [ POST M-51. 7; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION . <br /> OF Sl\ID l\GREEMENT AND ANY l\ND ALL OTHER <br /> DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS INCIDENT THERETO <br /> BY THE MAYOR; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> ~vHEREAS, it is necessary that an eight inch (8") temporary <br /> drainage pipe line to be installed in the City of S~n Marcos <br /> be located on property belonging to the Missouri-Kansas-Texas <br /> Railroad Company at Mile Post M-Sl.7; and, <br /> WHE REAS, it is nessary that a Pipe Line License Agreement <br /> be entered into between said City and said Railroad Company <br /> prior to the installation of said pipe line; now, therefore, <br /> . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN HARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART I. That the terms and conditions of the Pipe Line <br /> License Agreement between said City and the Missouri-Kansas-Texas <br /> Railroad Company, a copy of which License is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby in all <br /> things approved. <br /> r PART 2. That the Mayor, Emmie Craddock, be, and she is <br /> hereby, authorized to execute said Pipe Line License on behalf <br /> of said City and any and all other documents and instruments <br /> inc:icìpnt- t-hprpt-n. <br /> . . <br /> ,-- ----- <br />
