<br /> ...... <br /> s - .. 18 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> LAWN MAINTENANCE CONTRACT <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> The City of San Marcos ("CITY") and Gilland Lawn Service <br />( "CONTRACTOR") agree to amend the Lawn Maintenance Contract, <br />dated January 24, 1995. <br /> 1. The parties agree to amend the Contract t.:) ir..(:rease <br />the frequency of lawn cuts at the Gary Park softball fields <br />and the Gary Park soccer fields from once per week for 52 <br />weeks to twice per week for 52 weeks. <br /> 2. The parties agree to amend the Contract to add <br />1,000 square feet of additional lawn maintenance around the <br />water storage tank located on Comanche and Sessom Streets <br /> 3. Compensation to be paid to the Contraotor for its <br />performance of these services is: <br /> Extra cuts to softball and soccer complex - $7,800/year <br /> Added services at water storage tank. - $60/per cut <br /> 3. The parties agree that all of the remaining terms <br />and conditions of the original Contract shall remain in <br />effect and continue to govern for the duration of the <br />Contract. <br />!
