<br /> 21 <br /> RESOLUTION 1995- 87R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE REMOVAL BY THE CHIEF OF <br /> POLICE OF ADRIAN ORTIZ FROM THE CITY'S RESERVE <br /> POLICE FORCE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 21-16 of the San Marcos Code of <br />Ordinances, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br />has appointed certain persons as members of the police reserve <br />force of the City. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the removal by the Chief of Police of Adrian <br />Ortiz from the City's police reserve force is approved. <br /> PART 2 '.
