<br /> ;;s-c <br /> that said plans and specifications meet all appropriate <br /> and applicable standards and codes established by the <br /> City. The City shall have the authority to review and <br /> approve all change orders affecting the work covered by <br /> the Contract Documents. The City further agrees that if <br /> there is any further review of the Contract Documents or <br /> of any amendments thereto resulting from any change <br /> orders or otherwise, that the City shall perform the <br /> review in an expeditious manner in order that the Project <br /> shall not be delayed. <br /> (b) The City hereby agrees that upon the completion of <br /> the construction, the City will accept ownership of all <br /> of the improvements constructed as part of the work <br /> covered by the Contract Documents fon operation and <br /> maintenance upon the City's issuance of a certificate of <br /> acceptance of the said improvements. <br /> (c) The City will cooperate with SMCISD in performing <br /> the services as proj ect Manager that SMCISD has agreed to <br /> perform hereunder. <br /> 3.03 The City agrees to waive any and all permitting and <br /> inspection fees that the City would otherwise charge relating <br /> to the construction of the Project. <br /> 3.04 The City warrants that it has the full power and <br /> authority to enter into this Agreement and fulfill its <br /> obligations hereunder, and that it has funds readily available <br /> from current revenues to meet its obligations under this <br /> -4- <br /> INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />
