<br />County Plat Records and being in the southwest line of F.M. Highway
<br />No. 3407, from which a concrete highway monument found bears S 45°
<br />00' 00" E 1883.78 feet;

<br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and the hiç 'hway with the

<br />that plat numbered 23737-95-c dated February 27, 1995 as prepared
<br />for Durham Transportation by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos,
<br />Texas, S 44° 56' 2311 W 410.67 feet to a ll~11 iron rod found for the
<br />south corner of the Concept Designed Homes, Inc. tract and west
<br />cornQr of said Lot 1, and being in the northeast line of the
<br />remaining portion of that Tract' One described in a deed from San
