<br /> 95 <br /> RESOLUTION 1995- 118 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY AND NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> TESTING, INC. TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE ANALYTICAL <br /> SERVICES CONTRACT FOR WASTEWATER, RAW WATER AND <br /> TOXICITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br /> 1. On August 1, 1993 the City of San Marcos <br />entered into an agreement with National Environmental <br />Testing, Inc. for analytical services for wastewater, raw <br />water and toxicity. <br /> 2. On June 13, 1994, the City Council approved an <br />extension to the original agreement. <br /> 3. Both parties agree to an extension of the <br />original agreement. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: . <br /> PART 1. That a letter agreement between the City <br />of San Marcos and National Environmental Testing, Inc., to <br />extend the term of. the analytical services contract for an <br />additional year, a copy of which is attached to and <br />incorporated in this Resolution for all intents and purposes, <br />is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br />authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
