BEGINNING, at a 1/2" iron rod with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) aluminum cap set in the proposed southwest right-of-way (ROW) line ofF.M. Hwy 3407 (Wonder W arId Drive), same being in a northeast line of that certain tract described in a deed to C&G Development, Inc., of record in Volume 1360, Page 92, Official Public Records, Hays County, Texas and in the southwest line of said Buie tract, being at the southeast corner of this tract, from said point a fence post found at an angle point in the northeast line of said C & G tract and the southwest line of said Buie tract bears N87032'28"E 424.87 feet; 1.) THENCE, with the south line of this tract and the northeast line of said C & G tract and the southwest line of said Buie tract S87032t28"W 44.90 feet to a fence post at the southwest comer of this tract, being at an angle point in the northeast line of said C & G tract and the southwest line of said Buie tract; THENCE, with the southwest line of this tract and with the northeast line of said C & G tract and the southwest line of said Buie tract, the following six (6) courses numbered 2 through 7: 2.) THENCE, with the northwest line of this tract and the proposed southwest ROW line of F.M.
