"Original Issue Date" means the initial date from wluch interest on the Certificates accrues and which <br />is designated in Section 3.02(a) of this Ordinance. <br />"Owner" means the person who is the registered owner of a Certificate or Certificates, as shown in the <br />Register. <br />"Paying Agent/Registrar"ineans Regions Bank, any successor thereto or an entity which is appointed <br />as and assumes the dunes of paying agendregistrar as provided in this Ordinance. <br />"Purchaser" means the person, firm or entity initially purchasing the Certificates from the City and <br />which is designated in Section 7.0.1 of this Ordinance. <br />"Record Date" means the last business day ofthe month next preceding an Interest Payment Date. <br />"Register" means the Register specified in Section 3.06(a) of this Ordinance, <br />"Representation Letter" means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations with respect to the <br />Certificates and other obligations ofthe City, between the City and DTC. <br />"Special Payment Date" means the Special Payment Date prescribed by Section 3.03(b) of this <br />Ordinance. <br />"Special Record Date" means the new record date for interest payment established in the event of a <br />nonpayment of interest on a scheduled payment date, and for 30 days thereafter, as described in Section 3.03(b) <br />of this Ordinance <br />"Surplus Revenues" means the revenues of the Crty's waterworks and waste water system, not to <br />exceed $1,000, available after deduction ofthe reasonable expenses of said System and the payment of all debt <br />service, reserve and other requirements with respect to all ofthe Crty's revenue bonds and other obligations, <br />now outstanding or hereafter issued, that are payable in whole or m part from a pledge of all or part of the <br />revenues of such system. <br />"Term Certificates" means the Certificates, if any, subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption as <br />described in Section 4 02 <br />"Unclaimed Payments" means money deposited with the Paying Agent/Registrar for the payment of <br />principal, redemption premium, if any, or interest on the Certificates as the same become due and payable or <br />money set aside for the payment of Certificates duly called for redemption prior to maturity, and remaining <br />unclaimed for 90 days after the applicable payment or redemption date. <br />Section 1 02.
