(d) Initial Bond Insertions <br />that: <br />(i) The Initial Bond shall be m the form set forth m paragraph (a) of this Section, except <br />A. immediately under the name of the Bond, the headings "Interest Rate" and <br />"Maturity Date" shall both be completed with the words "As Shown Below" and <br />"CUSIP Number _" deleted, <br />B m the first paragraph. <br />the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted and the <br />following will be inserted.
