Hwy. 3407 (Wonder World Drive), from said point a capped 1/2" iron rod found at the south <br />corner of said Wills Tract 2 in Volume 2530, Page 720, and the west corner of said Wills Tract 1 <br />in Volume 2530, Page 720, bears S32024' 10"W 648.88 feet; <br /> <br />THENCE, with the southwest line of this tract, through the interior of said Wills Tract 2 in Volume <br />2530, Page 720 and said Wills Tract C in Volume 629, Page 186, same being the proposed southwest <br />ROW line ofF.M. Hwy. 3407 (Wonder World Drive), the following five courses: <br /> <br />3. along said Access Denial Line NI9037'39"W 807.11 feet to a 1/2" iron rod with a TxDOT <br />aluminum cap set at 100.00 feet right of Engineer's Centerline Station 48+97.09; <br />4. along said Access Denial Line S43001'35"W 174.50 feet to a 1/2" iron rod with a TxDOT <br />aluminum cap set at 255.00 feet right of Engineer's Centerline Station 49+29.13; <br />5. along said Access Denial Line NI9037'39"W 290.91 feet to a 1/2" iron rod with a TxDOT <br />aluminum cap set at 255.00 feet right of Engineer's Centerline Station 46+38.22; <br />6. along said Access Denial Line N43001'35"E 174.50 feet to a 1/2" iron rod with a TxDOT <br />aluminum cap set at the end of said Access Denial Line, 100.00 feet right of Engineer's <br />Centerline Station 45+58.06; and <br />7. NI9037'39"W 167.08 feet to a 1/2" iron rod with a TxDOT aluminum cap set 100.00 feet <br />right of Engineer's Centerline Station 43+90.98, for the most northerly west comer of this <br />tract, and being in the northwest line of said Wills Tract C in Volume 629, Page 186, and <br />being in the southeast line of said Bank tract, from said point a fence corner post for an <br />angle point in the northwest line of said Wills Tract C in Volume 629, Page 186, and of the <br />southeast line of said Bank tract, bears S35029'24"W 1851.29 feet; <br /> <br />8.
