Hwy. 3407 (Wonder World Drive), from said point a capped 1/2" iron rod found at the south corner of said Wills Tract 2 in Volume 2530, Page 720, and the west corner of said Wills Tract 1 in Volume 2530, Page 720, bears S32024' 10"W 648.88 feet; THENCE, with the southwest line of this tract, through the interior of said Wills Tract 2 in Volume 2530, Page 720 and said Wills Tract C in Volume 629, Page 186, same being the proposed southwest ROW line ofF.M. NI9037'39"W 167.08 feet to a 1/2" iron rod with a TxDOT aluminum cap set 100.00 feet right of Engineer's Centerline Station 43+90.98, for the most northerly west comer of this tract, and being in the northwest line of said Wills Tract C in Volume 629, Page 186, and being in the southeast line of said Bank tract, from said point a fence corner post for an angle point in the northwest line of said Wills Tract C in Volume 629, Page 186, and of the southeast line of said Bank tract, bears S35029'24"W 1851.29 feet; 8. THENCE, with the northwest line of this tract, and the northwest line of said Wills Tract C in Volume 629, Page 186, and the southeast line of said Bank tract, N35027'24"E 243.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 6.8059 acres of land within these metes and bounds, more or less.
