<br /> ARTICLE 2 fOIL <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />2.1 The CITY will provide full information regarding <br />requirements for the Project. <br />2.2 The CITY's Director of Planning and Development <br />Services, Ron F. Patterson, will act as the CITY's authorized <br />repre'sentati ve with respect to the Agreement. The CITY and/or <br />such authorized representative will examine the documents <br />submitted by the CONSULTANTS and promptly render responses and <br />provide CONSULTANTS with requested data or information in the <br />CITY's possession relating to the Project. <br />2.3 The CITY will provide access to and make all necessary <br />provisions for the CONSULTANTS to enter upon public property as <br />required for the CONSULTANTS to perform their services under this <br />Agreement. <br />2.4 The CITY will bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> . . ARTICLE 3 <br /> PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANTS <br />3.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF SERVICES <br />3.1.1 Payments for services will be made to CONSULTANTS <br />monthly following receipt by the CITY of CONSULTANTS' invoices. <br />The amounts of these invoices will be in proporti~n to the extent <br />of the work completed by the CONSULTANTS within each task <br />specified in thi.s Agreement in accordance with Article 10, less <br />any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. <br /> : <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> CONSULTANTS' RECORDS <br />4.1 All expense records of CONSULTANTS will be kept on a <br />recognized accounting basis acceptable to the CITY and will be <br />available to the CITY or the CITY's authorized representative at <br />mutually convenient times. All federal requirements governing <br />grants (OMB and Budget Circulars A-87 or A-122, A-102 or A-I10, <br />and A-128) are applicable. <br />4.2 The CITY, the Texas Historical Commission, and federal <br />auditors will have access to any books, documents, papers and <br />records of the CONSULTANTS which are directly pertinent to this <br />Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, <br />and transcriptions. <br />4.3 The CONSULTANTS will furnish to the CITY at such time <br />and in such form as the CITY may require, financial statements <br />including audited financial statements, records, reports, data and <br />information, as the CITY may request pertaining to matter covered <br />by this Project. <br />
