<br /> 11 <br /> RESOLUTION 1995- 128 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THREE <br /> COPIERS FROM THE XEROX CORPORATION THROUGH THE <br /> STATE GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH <br /> THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the purchase of three copiers from <br /> the Xerox Corporation located in Austin, Texas through the <br /> General Services Commission for $54,360.00 and the trade-in <br /> of the City Secretary's current copier is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry Gilley is <br /> authorized to execute appropriate purchasing documents with <br /> the State on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
