Subsection 3.01 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />3.01 The closing will be held on or before August 4, <br />1995 at the office of Hays County Abstract Company in S,an <br />Marcos , ~ <br />Texas. <br /> <br />2. The parties agree that all of the remaining terms <br />and conditions of the original agreement shall remain in <br />effect and continue to govern for the duration of the <br />agreement. <br /> <br />By the signing of this amendment, the parties expressly <br />understand and agree that this amendment will become a part <br />I of the agreement identified above. <br /> <br />L.
