<br />JJf}f3 <br /> <br />(d) Initial Bond Insertions. <br /> <br />(i) The Initial Bond shall be in the form set forth in paragraph (a) of this Section, <br />except that: <br /> <br />A. immediately under the name of the Bond, the headings "INTEREST <br />RATE" and "MATURITY DATE" shall both be completed with the words <br />"As Shown Below" and "CUSIP NO. " deleted; <br /> <br />B. in the first paragraph: <br /> <br />the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted and <br />the following will be inserted: "on January I in the years, in the principal <br />installments and bearing interest at the per annum rates set forth in the <br />following schedule: <br /> <br />Years <br /> <br />Principal <br />Installments <br /> <br />Interest <br />Rates <br /> <br />(Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) hereof.) <br /> <br />C. In the second paragraph of the Initial Bond, "lnitial" shall be inserted <br />before "Paying Agent/Registrar" in the first sentence, "executing the <br />registration certificate appearing hereon," shall be deleted and an additional <br />sentence shall be added to the paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying <br />Agent/Registrar is Texas Commerce Bank National Association"; <br /> <br />D. the Initial Bond shall be numbered T -1. <br /> <br />(ii) The following Registration Certificate of Comptroller of Public Accounts shall <br />appear on the Initial Bond in lieu of the Certificate of Paying Agent/Registrar: <br /> <br />R.:1.SA..~\WWSS1lUrooC5\OllDNCE.O%7,4l:F <br /> <br />23 <br />
