The CONSULTANTS will: ?gfj l.3.1 Finalize the field inventory. l. 3.2 Prepare photo index forms. 1.3.3 Organize survey photographic material and label all contact sheets and slides. l. 3.4 Prepare U.S.G.S. maps and draft site map. 1.4 TASK 4 - REPORT PREPARATION The CONSULTANTS will: 1.4.1 Prepare the Historic Resources Survey Report components, including: (a) introduction identifying survey boundary and purpose of survey; (b) credits; (c) overview of the history of the Dunbar and East Guadalupe Street neighborhoods and their environments; (d) survey methodology; (e) survey observations and results; (f) recommendations for future historic designations, including districts; (g) prioritized inventory of all pre-1850 sites; (h) copies of individual survey forms; and (i) map indicating all pre-1950 properties. 1.4.2 Edit the report and furnish draft to the CITY for review and comments. 1.4.3 Upon CITY's approval of the draft report, compile and bind final survey and furnish the CITY with four copies. 1.5 Upon completion of the Project, the CONSULTANTS will submit the following materials to the CITY: (a) historic inventory, indicating high, medium, or low priority and contributing or non-contributing status to any potential National Register Historic District; (b) survey forms for high priority properties; (c) one set of 35mm black and white negatives for each site; (d) three sets of 35mm color slides for each high priority site ; (e) original drafted map indicating surveyed sites; (f) U.S.G.S. map delineating survey area; and (g) four copies of the survey report, including reproductions of the drafted map.
