<br />The CONSULTANTS will: <br /> <br />?gfj <br /> <br />l.3.1 <br /> <br />Finalize the field inventory. <br /> <br />l. 3.2 <br /> <br />Prepare photo index forms. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Organize survey photographic material and label all <br />contact sheets and slides. <br /> <br />l. 3.4 <br /> <br />Prepare U.S.G.S. maps and draft site map. <br /> <br />1.4 TASK 4 - REPORT PREPARATION <br /> <br />The CONSULTANTS will: <br /> <br />1.4.1 Prepare the Historic Resources Survey Report components, <br />including: <br /> <br /> <br />(a) introduction identifying survey boundary and <br />purpose of survey; <br />(b) credits; <br />(c) overview of the history of the Dunbar and East <br />Guadalupe Street neighborhoods and their <br />environments; <br />(d) survey methodology; <br />(e) survey observations and results; <br />(f) recommendations for future historic designations, <br />including districts; <br />(g) prioritized inventory of all pre-1850 sites; <br />(h) copies of individual survey forms; and <br />(i) map indicating all pre-1950 properties. <br /> <br />1.4.2 Edit the report and furnish draft to the CITY for review <br />and comments. <br /> <br />1.4.3 Upon CITY's approval of the draft report, compile and <br />bind final survey and furnish the CITY with four copies. <br /> <br />1.5 Upon completion of the Project, the CONSULTANTS will submit <br />the following materials to the CITY: <br /> <br />(a) historic inventory, indicating high, medium, or low <br />priority and contributing or non-contributing <br />status to any potential National Register Historic <br />District; <br />(b) survey forms for high priority properties; <br />(c) one set of 35mm black and white negatives for each <br />site; <br />(d) three sets of 35mm color slides for each high <br />priority site ; <br />(e) original drafted map indicating surveyed sites; <br />(f) U.S.G.S. map delineating survey area; and <br />(g) four copies of the survey report, including <br />reproductions of the drafted map. <br /> <br /> <br />
