<br />RESOLUTION 1995-137R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE <br />CHIEF OF POLICE OF PATRICK DAVIS AND MICHAEL <br />THIELEN AS MEMBERS OF THE CITY'S RESERVE POLICE <br />FORCEi AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Section 21-16 of the San Marcos Code of <br />Ordinances, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br />has appointed certain persons as members of the police reserve <br />force of the City. <br /> <br />2. The City Council finds that approval of <br />appointments is in the best interest of the public health, <br />and welfare. <br /> <br />these <br />safety <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br />Patrick Davis and Michael Thielen as members of the City's police <br />reserve force is approved. <br /> <br /> <br />PART 2.
