I <br />13.00 BASIS AND METHOD OF PAXMENT <br /> 13.01 Collection and Dis90sal Rates <br />- (a) For collection services required to be performed <br /> pursuant to Sections 3.01 (a) - (b), the charges <br /> shall not exceed the rates as fixed by the <br /> pro:¡;;>osal! as adjusted in accordance with Section <br /> 13.02. <br /> (b) For special collection provided by the Contrac- <br /> tor pursuant to Section 3.01 (c), the charges are <br /> . . to be negotiated between the Contractor and <br /> Producer prior to collection.
