<br /> 9/ At1 <br /> The CITY will compensate the ARCHITECT in accordance with Article 5, Payments <br /> to the ARCHITECT, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br /> 13.1 BASIC COMPENSATION <br /> 13.1.1 The total basic fee paid to ARCHITECT for Basic Services, as described in Sections <br /> 1.1 through 1.4, is a fixed amount of $25,900.00. This compensation is divided among the <br /> Basic Services phases as follows: <br /> PHASE 1 - Measurements and Schematic Design: $ 6,500.00 <br /> PHASE 2 - Design Development, Construction Contract <br /> Documentation and Bidding: $14,000.00 <br /> PHASE 3 - Construction Administration: $ 5.400.00 <br /> <br /> TOTAL FEE: $25,900.00 <br /> 13.2 COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 13.2.1 Compensation for additional services of the ARCHITECT, as described in Section <br /> ~ <br /> 1.5, shall be computed based on the ARCHITECT's standard hourly rates: <br /> Principal: $55.00 <br /> Technical Staff: $35.00 <br /> Administrative Support Staff: $21.00 <br /> The above listed costs include all salary costs, overhead and profit.
