(1) Rehabilitate rest rooms to meet code; (2) Install pedestrian door in front and rear; (3) Repair wall damage in various locations; (4) Replace electrical to meet code; (5) Install exhaust fans; (6) Repair roof insulation and flashing; (7) Repair windows; (8) Repair rear door; (c) Building Four, Metal Shed (1) Rehabilitate roof and holes in walls; (2) Repair structural damage; (3) Replace electrical to meet code; (d) Brick single family dwelling (1) Repair windows; (2) Repair lights; (3) Construct accessible rest room; (4) Instail central HV AC; (5) Repair/replace doors; (6) Install accessible ramp to building; and (7) Install hard wired smoke alarm system to meet code.
