Harris Computer Corporation <br />CONSULTANT: Utility Billing Customer Information System Software, <br />Hardware and Professional Services Contract <br />AUTHORIZATION NO.: 18 <br />ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE: April 16, 2003 <br />AUTHORIZATION DATE: December 4, 2012 <br />WORK TO BE ADDED TO OR DELETED FROM SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />This change is for the purchase and implementation of the Harris website application called "Customer <br />Connect ". This application will provide utility customers functionality that relates to the evolving smart <br />grid (AMI) product. It will display usage history in graphical and tabular formats used for education and <br />conservation purposes. It can generate alerts or notifications through e -mail, or telephone based on city <br />developed thresholds and provides data and functionality related to the billing and payment of the utility <br />accounts. The application provides configurable capabilities at both the city and customer levels. The <br />total cost is $84,425.00 includes the software integration, installation and training. The City has received <br />a discount of $19,225.00 for previous web application development.
