Parties to Contract: This contract is entered into between the City of San <br /> <br /> Marcos ("City") and HomeSpun Early Childhood a provider of human services ("PHS"), The parties <br /> . ' <br /> agree to be bound by the mutual obligations, performances, duties and accomplishments in this <br /> Agreement. <br /> SECTION 2. Contract Period: This contract shall be in effect from October 1, 1995 <br /> . <br /> through September 30, 1996. <br /> SECTION 3..Dbligation of the CitY and PHS: City agrees to provide PHS $14,000,00 in <br /> <br /> return for its faithful and satisfactory performance of the activities proposed in its human services <br /> funding application which is attached hereto as Appendix A. <br /> i SECTION 4. Reports: PHS agrees to provide quarterly reports as required by the City <br /> I <br /> , <br /> relating to its performance under the terms of its human services funding application. The format and <br /> content of these reports will be determined by the City's Human Services Advisory Board and the <br /> City. <br /> SECTION 5. Periodic Payments: Funds to be paid by the City as provided in Section 3 <br /> <br /> above shall be released to PHS in approximately equal quarterly payments beginning with October <br /> 1, 1995, and continuing with the quarters beginning on January 1, 1996, April 1, 1996 and July 1, <br /> 1996, <br />
