Also being a part of a tract of land conveyed by special warranty deed from Heldenfels Brothers Inc. to Heldenfels Construction Materials Inc. as recorded in volume 1121, page 569 , Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. Also being that certain portion of land annexed by the City of San Marcos that exists in the boundaries of said Heldenfels tract, said annexation being adopted on June,5, 1986. .-- ~- BEGINNING at the east corner of said Heldenfels tract, said corner also being in the northwest ¡ right-of-way line of Interstate Hwy. 35. I THENCE, along said right-of-way line, South 44"08' West a distance of 1699.8 feet to the south corner of this tract, said corner being on the southwest line of the aforementioned annexation. THENCE, departing said right-of-way line and with said southwest annexation line, North 45°52' West a distance of 99.0 feet to the west corner of this tract, said corner also being the westernmost cornE;Jr.of the aforementioned annexation tract. THENCE, parallel to and 99 feet northwest of said right-of-way line and along a northwest line of the aforementioned annexation tract, North 44<>08' ~ a distance of 1700.0 feet to the north corner of this tract, said corner being in the northeast line 01 The aforementioned Heldenfels tract.
