<br /> 61 , <br /> I <br /> RESOLUTION 1995 _196 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT TO EXTEND THE <br /> CLOSING DEADLINE FOR THE SALE OF SIX LOTS IN THE VICTORY <br /> GARDENS FIRST ADDITION TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY-SAN <br /> MARCOS AREA; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> - RECITALS <br /> I <br /> I <br /> 1. On October 9, 1995, the City Council accepted the bid of Habitat for Humanity- <br /> San Marcos Area to purchase Lots 4-9, Victory Gardens First Addition, with the closing to <br /> occur by November 9, 1995. <br /> 2. Habitat 10r Humanity has requested that the closing deadline be extended. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the letter agreement attached to this resolution extending the closing <br /> deadline for the sale of lots described above to December 12, 1995 is approved. . <br /> { <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the letter <br /> agreement. <br /> PART 3.
