<br />conveyed to Katherine Thompson Rich by W.B. Thompson by deed

<br />County Deed Records, for the most Southerly corner of the tract

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Harper 4 acre tract, with the Nor~heast
<br />line of the said Rich 50 acre tract, N 47 17' W, at about 57 feet
<br />passing an underground telephone line as located by Don Cude, at
<br />about 195 feet passing an overhead power line and continuing on,
<br />in all, 367.88 feet to an iron stake with a Pro-Tech Engineering
<br />Group survey cap set on the Southeast 1 ine of the San Mar PI aza
<br />Mall, a subdivision of record in Book 2, Page 242, Hays County
<br />Plat Records, same being a North corner of the said Rich 50 acre

<br />L feet to a concrete monument found at the West corner of that 1
