In accordance with Section 8.16 of the City Charter of the City of San Marcos, <br />Iv?- Texas, the City Council declares that a public necessity exists which requires amendment <br />;:'£. c- '.<gf ~he City's 1994-95 budget. <br />:~ --e' ~ ,";: .~ <br />.~ -~ 90- '.,~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />~: iï:¡: N -TEXAs: <br /> <br />" ~ ~- ,", <br />...' - ."" <br /> <br />"f. ") 7-; SECTION 1. That the City Budget Ordinance for the 1994-95 Fiscal Year is hereby <br />amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, in order to provide for end-of-year <br />reconciliation of revenues and expenditures. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />SECTION 2. That these revisions and reappropriations which shall be the amended <br />budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for the fiscal year 1994-95, are hereby approved <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and an <br />imperative public necessity so that the provisions of the Charter requiring that ordinances <br />shall be presented at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become <br />effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final passage be <br />suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and after its publication in <br />a newspaper of general circulation within the City as provided by the City Charter of the <br />City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~ \{V\,~~ <br /> <br />Kathy M.
